Terms and Conditions for Package Tour Registration

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By submitting your registration and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms as well as our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

1. Personal Data and Liability for Errors

The information you provide in this form must exactly match the information in your passport or ID card. You are obliged to verify all data for completeness and accuracy before submitting the form. You bear the sole and full responsibility for the accuracy of your information. Seven Sky Travel Agency is not liable for damages, costs, or non-utilization of services resulting from incorrect or incomplete data (e.g., misspelled names). Subsequent corrections are only possible according to the conditions of the service providers and cause additional costs that you alone bear.

2. Travel Insurance & Insolvency Protection

We expressly and urgently point out the necessity of taking out appropriate travel insurance, in particular:

• Trip cancellation insurance
• Travel interruption insurance
• International health insurance (with medical repatriation)
• Baggage insurance

Your payments are protected by an insolvency insurance with Allianz in accordance with § 651r BGB.

3. Special Needs (e.g., Mobility Restrictions)

If you require special facilities (e.g., a wheelchair, hypoallergenic rooms), please inform us immediately upon booking in writing. Barrier-free implementation can only be guaranteed if confirmed by the service provider. We cannot guarantee the fulfillment of special needs if notified late.

4. Visas and Travel Documents

Seven Sky Travel Agency is not obligated to obtain visas or other documents required for entry. We are not liable for the issuance, refusal, or delayed access to visas. You as the traveler are obliged to inform yourself about the applicable passport, visa, and health regulations of the destination country before departure and to comply with them. Entry refusals due to improper documents result in full cancellation costs.

5. Broker Role and Contract Conditions

Seven Sky Travel Agency acts exclusively as a broker (§ 651 BGB) of the travel services booked by you. The contractual performance of the travel (flight, hotel, etc.) is carried out by the respective service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels). Their own travel and transport conditions apply exclusively to their services.

6. Payment Terms

The booking of travel services will only be made after receipt of full payment into our account. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice, unless another deadline is specified in the offer. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and charge a cancellation fee according to our GTC.

7. Cancellation / Changes / Non-refundable Services

Cancellations and changes by you require written form (email). The cancellation conditions of the respective service providers as well as our GTC apply. You acknowledge that many services, especially special flight prices, are classified by the provider as "non-cancellable" and "non-refundable". In these cases, no refund is possible upon cancellation. Additionally, we charge a processing fee of €50.00.

8. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, terrorist attacks, pandemics, official orders, strikes) that are beyond our control, the regulations of our GTC apply. No claims for damages exist in these cases. Refunds will only be made to the extent and amount that we receive reimbursements from the service providers.

9. Liability Limitation

Our liability as a broker is limited as described in detail in our GTC. Liability for damages is limited to €200.00 per damage case in case of simple negligence. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages is excluded. Liability for damages from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
